We are pleased to offer delivery to most countries. If you encounter a message during checkout stating that we do not ship to your country, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the package.
Trackable Shipping
We send all parcels with a trackable service, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way. Our parcels are shipped using Royal Mail services.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on the option selected during checkout. Orders placed on Fridays will most likely be dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery Times:

Import Duties & Refused Deliveries Policy (UK → EU)
When shipping orders from the UK to European destinations, please note the following:
Import taxes & charges
All import VAT, customs duties, and handling or clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by the local customs authority and vary depending on the destination country and the value of the goods.
Refused or uncollected deliveries
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, customs charges, or handling fees, the order will be treated as a buyer-refused delivery. In such cases:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs (if charged by the carrier) will be deducted from any refund
• Any additional fees incurred due to the return may also be deducted

Refunds If the item is returned to us in its original condition, a refund may be issued for the item value only, minus:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs
• Any fees incurred due to refusal or customs handling
If the parcel is lost, destroyed, or not returned by customs due to refusal, no refund will be issued.
Buyer responsibility
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
• They are responsible for understanding and paying any applicable import charges
• Refusal to pay customs fees may result in partial or no refund
