OIL FILLED NYLON COUPLERS
Our upgraded supercharger coupler is manufactured from high-grade, oil-filled nylon, selected specifically for its exceptional strength, low friction properties, and long-term durability under high load. Every rebuild kit includes the correct coupler size, carefully matched to your specific supercharger model and compatibility — ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance every time.
GEARS & BEARINGS
Our rebuild kits use carefully selected premium bearings, chosen for long service life, low noise, and high-load performance in Eaton superchargers. In addition to industry-leading INA, FAG, PFI, KOYO bearings, we also supply custom-made, precision-engineered PTO bearings specifically developed for Mini Cooper applications.
PREMIUM SYNTHETIC SUPERCHARGER OIL
This is our latest high-specification synthetic supercharger oil, produced by GM. It is not standard gearbox oil, not generic compressor oil, and not an off-the-shelf additive cocktail — this is a purpose-built, high-end formula designed to deliver maximum protection where Eaton superchargers are most vulnerable: high rotational speed, thermal load and shear stress.
